What I'm doing now

• Work

Running maintenance and marketing for our property management team in Tarrant County. Busy season just ended, which in this business means the phones slow down and the spreadsheets speak up.

• Field

Posting one photograph a day from the field. Fort Worth's working landscape, mostly the parts nobody photographs on purpose. The rule is the picture has to earn the caption, and most days the caption is short.

• Writing

Writing weekly on the DFW housing market at the TARRENT blog, and building free tools that help people check the math on their own deals before anyone asks them to sign anything.

• Reading

Watching mortgage rates more closely than is healthy. Reading the speeches, not the headlines.

This is a now page. It changes when the work does.
