Click where you live. You get the number, not the pitch.
A real map of the ground I actually work, wired to the same pull as the rest of the site. Unverified areas say so. No filler data, ever.
The board · every zone, ranked
Same corridor, different numbers.
Rent, buy-in, and lease speed change street to street out here. Price an Azle house off a Saginaw comp and it sits. This is the whole map on one board, ranked by rent, same pull as the map above.

Aledo tops the board at $3,395; Weatherford anchors it at $1,800. That is a $1,595/mo swing inside one commute.
Springtown leases in a median 25 days; Eagle Mountain Lake takes 45. Fast zones rarely need a discount to fill. Slow zones have to be priced right on day one, because no traffic is coming to save a miss.
North Fort Worth and White Settlement and Haslet and Saginaw: above-median rent sitting on a below-median $/sq ft. Near-premium rent at a mid-tier buy-in is the gap that makes rental math work, and most zones do not have it.
Source: RentCast, single-family, zip-level medians, pulled Oct 1, 2026. Rent and days to lease come from rental listings; $/sq ft and days to sell come from sale listings, same pull. One zip per zone to match the map. These are zone medians, not your address.
